Daneese Turner
Organist
My name is Daneese Turner and I have been the church organist for 43 years. I married the love of my life, Jimmy Turner, on October 6, 1974 and moved my church membership to Mt. Olive shortly after we were married.
In addition to ministering through music as organist and the choir I have also been involved in the missions areas of the church such as Missions Friends, GA’s, Acteens, Baptist Women and Operations Christmas Child. By ministering in these areas I hope that I have shared my faith in Christ and can be an example for others to come to know Jesus as their Lord and Savior.
I feel that we are called to share the gospel to all members of our church as well as reaching out to people in our community and other countries. If you do not have a church home I encourage you to visit us at Mt. Olive and join us as we worship.
